Diet Comment
Typical post-weekend bounce back. Excellent. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: LEMO (smoked salmon, eggs, mushrooms, onions) and air-fried brussels sprouts (with olive oil and Everything but the bagel seasoning).

Lunch
7:30pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar, carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
10:45pm: Chocolate chip oatmeal (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, cacao nibs), and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
