Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    194.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/12/22):         193.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
This continues to be a typical week, with a high weight on Monday, followed by losses until a little bounce on Friday. Meanwhile, 2021 was my lowest average weight year since I started this blog, and 2022 is averaging lower. So, all good. So far. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: Oatmeal and mixed berries, and a LEO (lox, eggs and onions).

Lunch
7:00pm: Mixed nuts, a square of Peruvian 86% chocolate, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Buffalo chicken sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with guacamole. Salad (mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
