Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    195.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/27/22):         196.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Reversion to the trend line - I like it. i think this new lower weight is due to better sleep. I've managed to reverse my decades of poor sleep, and for the last three weeks I have gotten good sleep - very good, especially by comparison to when I started tracking it. At least, it's a working theory. 
Food Log
Breakfast
2:40pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and air-fried sweet potatoes with olive oil and Everything But the Bagel seasoning (rom now on, this will be referred to as 'Everything' seasoning).

Lunch
6:30pm: A Quest bar, parmesan crisps and carrots with homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
11:00pm: Quorn filet ('chicken' filet made of mushroom protein) with pesto sauce on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread with lettuce and mayonnaise, and homemade coleslaw. For dessert, a square (ounce) of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
