3:25pm: Hummus (a small tub), a Nellie's Egg Drop,  and Triscuits (the whole box).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:50pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar, walnuts and cheddar cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
