A rare post-weekend loss. Something to celebrate. 
Food Log
Breakfast
2:40pm: Greens and cheese frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains toast.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:50pm: Vegetarian Sloppy Joes (Quorn Grounds (mushroom protein), Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale and spinach). Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
