Diet Comment
No change, even with the dried fruit-and-nuts 'lunch'? Priceless. I'll be having that again, for sure. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: Greens and cheese frittata (kale, spinach, Dubliner cheese, eggs) and plain Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains toast.

Lunch
5:35pm: Chili-coated dried mango and macadamia nuts.

Dinner
11:10pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
