Typical post-weekend bounce back. Excellent.
Lunch
8:35pm: A Quest bar with peanut butter and a one-ounce square of Fortunato#4 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt, a fabulous new addition to things I will be eating regularly. In the future, it will just be referred to as an ounce of 86% Peruvian chocolate.
Dinner
10:50pm: Dal tadka - lentil curry, with kale and spinach, on riced cauliflower with nutritional yeast and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.

2:55pm: Turkey breast sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with guacamole and a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, and creamy balsamic vinaigrette). Also, mixed nuts.
