Food Log
Breakfast
12:15pm: Oatmeal+ (rolled oats, oat milk, Greek yogurt, kefir, chia seeds, hemp seeds, mixed berries, whey protein, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia) and scrambled eggs.

Lunch
6:45pm: A square of Peruvian 86% chocolate, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Buffalo chicken breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with guacamole. Salad (mixed greens, shaved parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
