Daily Comment
I am deleting Daily Comments going forward. They will resume when I travel.
Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    194.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/28/22):         193.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
This gain is a bit of a surprise. In the long run, it's noise, and I have no doubt that the work I will be doing this weekend will see a nice loss. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:00pm: Overnight oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt).

Lunch
5:35pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
9:50pm, from Popeye's: Spicy chicken sandwich.  Homemade coleslaw, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
