Net Loss/Gain:                     +   6.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
The spike from my vacation in NYC over the five days was well-earned, as it included totally hedonistic eating and quite a bit of walking. Recovery will be quick, now that the temptations of the town are behind me.


Food Log
Breakfast
11:50am, at Core Grains, Greens and Broth:
Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and romaine, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing with a little sriracha).
Lunch
5:45pm: Sriracha chicken, cheddar w/horseradish, celery w/homemade mayonnaise, and a Quest bar.


Dinner
Skipped.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.
