Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                      203.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/3):               204.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     -   1.6 lbs.

Diet Comment
Weekend was a bit of a drag until Sunday night, so I was able to stay, mostly, out of the way of trouble with food and drink. The result, I've almost fully recovered from the previous weekend of excesses.


Food Log 
Breakfast
2:20pm:  Green protein shake with almond-coconut milk, kefir, extra-large organic egg, chia gel, kale, whey powder (36g protein), almond butter, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
7:45pm:  Buffalo chicken breast, with a salad (kale, spinach, chard, cole slaw mix, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette dressing).

Dinner
11:45pm: A Quest bar and almond butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 76+ oz.
