Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                      204.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/2):               204.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     -   0.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
This is the last time I'll be eating at Tilted Kilt. I have no idea where they're hiding the carbs in their food, but I know they don't hide the salt. This is, to all intents and purposes, a stall in my weight loss, and disappointing.


Food Log 
Breakfast
1:20pm:
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cheese and bacon.
Lunch
5:45pm: Cottage cheese, buffalo chicken breast, cheddar cheese and cole slaw.

Dinner
2:00am: Cottage cheese and two Quest bars.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.
