Now the trend line is negative - that's a good thing.


Food Log 
Breakfast
1:45pm:
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, parmesan cheese and pepper bacon.
Lunch
7:30pm:  Roast beef with Philippe's mustard and cole slaw.

Dinner
10:00pm:  Kale, spinach, chard, cabbage, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  24 oz.;  Water: 96+ oz.  A couple of shots of Jameson's Irish Whiskey
