Without being particularly careful, and having, in the final analysis, only one off-plan meal - it included pasta, was wonderful, and I also didn't over-drink - we have a weight chart victory: Goal weight (close enough, really!), a negative trend line, and I feel great!Diet Comment

Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, parmesan cheese and pepper bacon. |
9:00pm: A Quest bar and cottage cheese.
Dinner
11:45pm: A Quest bar.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 12 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.
