Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                      204.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/1):               207.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     -   3.0 lbs.

Diet Comment
That's a lot of weight to lose in one day, but I expected the weight to come off quickly when I went back on plan. Also aided by a last-minute decision to not go out last night, which would certainly have meant drinking.


Food Log 
Breakfast
2:30pm:  Purple/Green protein shake with almond-coconut milk, kefir, extra-large organic egg, chia gel, kale, blueberries, mixed berries, whey powder (36g protein), hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
7:45pm, at Tilted Kilt:  Baked salmon in mustard sauce with potatoes and spinach, and a Caesar salad (hold the croutons).

Dinner
2:00am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 62+ oz. and a shot of Jameson's Irish Whiskey
