Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                      202.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/7):               201.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     +   0.4 lbs.

Diet Comment
Now I'm squarely on the trend line. This less than half-pound bump is normal variation, and most likely to be due to my late dinner that contained a too-large spooning-from-the-jar portion of almond butter, which is essentially healthy but contains too many carbs in large portions, and cottage cheese, eaten the same way, and similarly, containing too many carb calories, mostly from sugar at that.


Food Log 
Breakfast
3:20pm:
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cheese and bacon.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:45am:  A Quest bar and almond butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 82+ oz.
