Food and Diet

Diet Comment
Basically flat - I need to stop eating (so much) almond butter.


Food Log 
Breakfast
11:45am, at Core Grains, Greens and Broth:
Chicken broth bowl: with kale, baby spinach, grilled chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, black beans, ginger.
Lunch
6:30pm:  A chopped salad with Buffalo chicken breast, Dubliner cheese, kale, spinach, chard, cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
2:30am:  Roast beef, Philippe's hot mustard, Dubliner cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 98+ oz. and a couple of shots of Jameson's.
