Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, Dubliner cheese and pepper bacon.

Skipped.

10:45pm:  Roast beef and kimchee.

   Espressos: 2;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.
