Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                      200.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/17):              199.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     +   0.8 lbs.

Diet Comment
I'm always happy to see a small gain after a weekend. What you don't see on the weekends (because I don't post) is the food and liquor debauchery.


Food Log 
Breakfast
12:45pm:
Lentil curry (Dal Maktandi) with sauteed greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, scrambled eggs and peppered bacon.
Lunch
6:30pm:  Cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:10pm:  Cheeseburger on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax bread with guacamole and cole slaw and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  24 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.
