Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    203.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/15/24):         205.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
Finishing at the low weight for the week. It feels good to say that, although I'm still pounds above where I want to be. I'm finding 'diet' discipline pretty lacking these days.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, almond milk, whey protein, walnuts, yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:20pm: Hummus and hot and spicy pork rinds.

Snack
11:45pm: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
