Diet Comment
I guess it will take a few days for the weight to come off. But this is a start.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:00pm: Scrambled eggs with Gouda cheese and prosciutto, and brussels sprouts.

Lunch
6:05pm: Greek yogurt, mixed nuts and dark chocolate, a Quest bar.
Dinner
9:35pm: Wild-caught salmon burger on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread with guacamole, and a B.A.S. (shaved parmesan, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, balsamic vinaigrette) and dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
