The good news! Hopefully, this is the start of a trend. However, restaurant food coming tonight.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:15pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill:
Caesar salad with grilled salmon and (not shown) bacon. No croutons were eaten.


Snack
11:00pm: Cream cheese and walnuts on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
