Diet Comment
Yesterday was another day with restaurant food, this time with high carbs, a sweet dessert, and a sweet alcoholic drink. I am responsible.

Breakfast
2:45pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:55pm: B.A.S. (Chicken breast, shaved parmesan, pumpkin seeds, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, ranch dressing).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.;
