The good news is that with a day of reasonably clean eating, I lost more weight than I gained the day before.

Breakfast
12:15pm: Cabbage and onion omelet with goat cheese.

6:00pm: Pumpkin seeds, mixed nuts, and Swiss cheese.
Dinner
10:55pm: B.A.S. (Chicken breast, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, Spring Mix, cabbage, baby spinach, creamy balsamic vinaigrette).
Snack
12:45am: A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
