4:45pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
7:05pm: B.A.S. (chicken breast, shaved parmesan, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, chili crisps, ranch dressing).
Snack
11:45pm: Mixed nuts.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.; and a shot of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey.
