Diet Comment
Four days of restaurant food, and more baked goods than I've eaten in the previous six months. That will do it! I intend for this almost-as-high-as-my-highest weight to be very temporary.

1:45pm: Scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and sweet potatoes.

Dinner
10:05pm: Sliced chicken sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread, and a B.A.S. (shaved parmesan, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, ranch dressing). A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
