Diet Comment
My experiment with the cauliflower crust pizza yesterday determined, decisively, that this is not a food item good for my weight loss.
Food Log
Breakfast
12:45pm:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon).
Lunch
7:30pm, at Thai Village of Liverpool: Egg rolls, shrimp fried rice.

Dinner
10:05pm: Mixed nuts and Swiss cheese, mixed nuts and dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;  Coffee: 8 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.; and a bottle of Singha (Thailand) beer
