Diet Comment
I'm glad for the loss, after my totally delicious, off-plan restaurant meal yesterday. Only having a Quest bar after 8pm is what did it. On the other hand, I had to go with a zero-carb breakfast after my blood sugar came up mysteriously just-out-of-range on the high side this morning.
Note: I am going to have a long weekend in New York City, coming back Tuesday, so next post will be Wednesday, July 31.
