Diet Comment
I can't say I'm particularly happy with this weight gain - my intention was the opposite, buy my execution, as far as towing any kind of weight loss line, was lacking.

Breakfast
1:45pm: Veggies, prosciutto and Swiss cheese omelet.

Skipped.
Dinner
8:35pm: Miso Ramen (ViteRamen high-protein and -fiber ramen) with peas and a salad (shaved parmesan, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, balsamic vinaigrette). A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.;
