I expected to see a weight loss, and I don't know why I didn't.

Dinner
10:15pm: B.A.S. (sliced chicken, shaved parmesan, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage, spinach, ranch dressing). A Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 10 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.;
