Diet Comment
Kept close watch on my food - nothing off-plan yesterday. Declined to drink, when, to be honest, I really wanted a drink. I'm not known for my ability to resist temptation, so I'm (a little) proud.
Lunch
Skipped.
Snack
8:50pm: Popcorn.
11:05pm: B.A.S. (sliced chicken, shaved parmesan, Spring Mix, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, ranch dressing). Chia gel, mixed nuts, and dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
