Diet Comment
I got sicker every day of the weekend, but woke up today feeling better. The illness suppressed my appetite a little, and that's what I think accounts for the weight loss.

Veggie omelet (eggs, Swiss cheese, chopped spinach and kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and sweet potatoes with olive oil and Everything seasoning. |
7:30pm: A Quest bar and almond butter.
Dinner
11:00pm: Kohlrabi (spiralized as 'noodles') and vegetarian bolognese (Rao's marinara, Quorn Grounds, chopped kale and spinach) with grated parmesan.
Snack
1:05pm: Chili-coated dried mango (the whole bag).Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 24 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
