Diet Comment
I really packed it on over the weekend. Today (eclipse day) will continue that, as I will eat at a restaurant for the third day in a row.

Food Log
Breakfast
11:45am:
Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, maple syrup).
Lunch
5:40pm, at Sahota Palace: garlic naan, vegetable (mulligatawny) soup, chicken tikka saagwalla (Tandoori chicken in thick spinach curry).

Dinner
10:30pm: A Quest bar and almond butter

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 12 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.;
