Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    196.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/4/24):          195.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    + 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
This makes sense. I've been eating a lot, and losing weight. Yesterday, I ate a lot and gained weight. That makes sense. I am going to finish the Keto Coconut bites today, and be done with them. Time to get back to basics.

Food Log
Breakfast
11:25pm: Scrambled eggs with Dubliner cheese and guacamole. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast with guacamole.

Lunch
7:25pm: A Quest bar and almond butter.

Dinner
10:40pm: 
B. A. S. (Big-ass salad): Spring Mix, cabbage, turkey breast, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
11:45pm: Coconut bites (sweetened coconut, sugar-free dark chocolate, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
