Diet Comment
Given that I used the weekend to eat up all my undesirable food indulgences of the week (looking at you, chocolate-covered almonds), and a lack of meaningful movement (exercise), I guess a half-pound gain isn't too bad. Planning on doing better.

1:30pm: Chana Marsala (chickpea curry) on (edamame and mung bean) fettuccine.

11:10pm: Salmon burger with chili crisp mayonnaise and a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette).
