Lunch
5:00pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.
Dinner
10:45pm: Salmon burger (wild-caught salmon burger, pesto sauce, baby spinach on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast). A side salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette) and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 52+ oz.;
