Diet Comment
Despite myself, more late-night, high-calorie eating takes its toll. Also, before weigh-in, I had had a terrible night, with very little sleep, and then, for the first time in more than a decade, a very high blood sugar reading. I'm hoping this is anomalous, and today's food will be very, very low-carb.

Breakfast
2:15pm: Mushroom and Swiss cheese omelet.

Skipped.
Dinner
11:15pm: Lentil curry and cauliflower rice, Wholesome Medley trail mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate), and a couple of squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.
