Diet Comment
Late-night high-calorie eating explains why I didn't lose weight yesterday, but it was a very long day. Meanwhile, at least I didn't gain any weight, and I'm at my 7-day average and just under the trend. But I'm going to have to lose a few pounds more, and maintain that, to flatten out that rising trend line.

7:00pm: Turkey salad rollups (turkey breast, celery, onions, home-made mayonnaise on high-protein, low-carb spinach tortillas) and a BAS (Big-ass salad - Spring Mix, rainbow slaw, shaved parm and walnuts).
Dinner
11:15pm: A Quest bar and Wholesome Medley trail mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.;
