Diet Comment
I am at my highest weight of 2023, and I am alarmed. Yes, I had a terrible breakfast, that left me hungry for the rest of the day yesterday, but I thought my on-plan follow-up eating would not impact my weight this way. I may have to force myself to be more strictly on-plan, and also start increasing the fast time in my ordinary intermittent fasting pattern (currently, a thirteen-to-fourteen-hour fast), and move that up to sixteen hours of fasting every day. I also saw the results of my pre-procedure blood work from yesterday, and there are a couple of new slightly out-of-whack results - nothing concerning, but the trend is not good (like my weight).

6:00pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter, and carrots and celery with homemade mayonnaise.
Dinner
9:35pm: Salmon burger and edamame and mung bean fettuccine, with Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Vegetarian spaghetti sauce.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 16 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
