Diet Comment
A sad reversal. The day after I crossed the trend line favorably, I've recrossed it in the other direction. A few days of bad sleep, low activity (Canadian forest fire smoke), and a day of very high-calorie eating, and that's what I get. I am committed, right now, to making choices that will give me a better outcome on Monday's weigh-in.
