Diet Comment
From yesterday's caveat, while eating 100% on-plan yesterday, I completely reversed my loss over the weekend. I actually think this is a hold-over from the weekend, when I couldn't explain why I lost weight.

Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, wild blueberries, walnuts, kefir, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia). |
Lunch
9:00pm, at Maplewood Grill: One chicken tender and a lot of birthday cake.
Dinner
11:15pm: Mixed nuts and Wholesome Medley trail mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate). A lot of that.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.; a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
