Breakfast
2:30pm: 
Black bean burger on an Africa Swiss cheese omelet with salsa. Not shown: a side salad (arugula, cabbage, spinach, kale, tomatoes, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:05pm: High-protein ramen soup with spinach and kale. A cream cheese roll-up (with Everything seasoning, on a low-carb, high-protein spinach tortilla). 
Celery and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and peanut butter, 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 14 oz.;  Water: 52+ oz.;
