10:05pm: High-protein ramen soup with spinach and kale. A cream cheese roll-up (with Everything seasoning, on a low-carb, high-protein spinach tortilla). Celery and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and peanut butter, 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
