Diet Comment
From yesterday's caveat, while eating 100% on-plan yesterday, I completely reversed my loss over the weekend. I actually think this is a hold-over from the weekend, when I couldn't explain why I lost weight.

9:30pm: Birthday cake.
Dinner
1:25am: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. Wholesome Medley trail mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 56+ oz.; a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey

11:05pm: Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, homemade mayonnaise, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage and spinach. A Quest bar and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
