Diet Comment
If you saw what I had for dinner over a 2-hour period last night, today's weight gain isn't much of a surprise. None of it was unhealthy or off-plan, there was just a lot. I also think I didn't drink enough water, which means I retained more than I usually would have. Today, I have to drink extra water for some medical testing I'm getting done which requires me to not eat and drink anything after midnight.

10:05pm: Cottage cheese. Grilled cheese sandwich made with Swiss cheese and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread. Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar, 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt, and peanut butter.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 78+ oz.;
