Diet Comment
While this 'loss' represents no change over the weekend, I am disappointed that the loss wasn't greater, as I thought I ate pretty well over the weekend, except for some ice cream Sunday (because the best ice cream around is at a stand across the street from my regular Sunday-night open mic, and, you know, ice cream Sunday). Oh, well, I'll try and behave better going forward.
