10:05pm: Ramen soup with spinach and kale. Warm salmon salad (salmon burger, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, homemade mayonnaise. Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar, 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt, and peanut butter.

Espressos: 0; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 52+ oz.;
