Diet Comment
Pleased to have dropped a little weight over the weekend. With the best intentions, I did end up eating at restaurants three times over the weekend. Luckily, the last time filled me up sufficiently that I wasn't hungry the rest of Sunday, so ended up skipping dinner. It is to that that I attribute the loss, nothing more.

4:30pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sweet potato Buddha bowl (Spinach, quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, red salsa, cotija, tortilla strips, cilantro. Mexican crema) with Quest bar (that I brought with me).

11:25pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey breast, cheddar cheese, walnuts, Spring mix, tomatoes, rainbow cole slaw, olive oil mayonnaise and balsamic vinaigrette).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 58+ oz.;
