11:05pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette). A square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt and a Quest bar with cottage cheese.
