Diet Comment
I knew this gain was coming on Friday, when I likely gained a few pounds, lost some on Saturday, gained some of the loss back on Sunday, and today, here we are - on the road to a good week.

Overnight oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). |

Skipped.
Dinner
11:15pm: Veggie curry (lentil curry, kale, spinach) on riced cauliflower (with nutritional yeast and Everything But the Bagel seasoning). A Quest bar and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt. Finally, a dark chocolate nut bar.
