Diet Comment
I can't believe I lost weight over the weekend! It's completely unexpected. I ate a lot of "healthy, wholesome" trail mix (healthy and wholesome because it used dark chocolate bits instead of M&Ms), drank every day, and had one meal out at a restaurant, which alone should have sent my weight up. But, glad that didn't happen, although I suspect it's due to being a little dehydrated at weigh-in..

8:45pm, at the Maplewood Grill: Buffalo shrimp (with carrots and celery and blue cheese and spicy ranch dressing).
Dinner
11:35pm: Second Nature Wholesome Trail Mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate). A Quest bar and a few squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.; some Jameson's Irish whiskey
